How reliability scores work
Every station starts at 50 and moves with evidence:
- ✓ Verified by operator (+20), our team (+15) or the community (+10)
- ✓ Verified in the last week (+10); stale verification (6+ months) lowers the score
- ✓ Successful check-ins raise it, "not working" check-ins lower it — recent ones weigh more
- ✓ Open downtime or closure reports lower it until resolved
- ✓ Drivers' reliability ratings nudge it up or down
- Scores are estimates from evidence — never live status. We always show when information was last confirmed.
