Add a chargerTips for this trip
- These are long, high-altitude distances with very few chargers. Plan each day's drive around where you will be able to charge overnight.
- Ask hotels in advance whether they have a charger or at least a safe, reliable socket, how it is powered, and what it costs.
- Carry a portable Type 2 charger, a good extension cable and any adaptors you may need. Hydro and solar power can be limited in some villages.
- The Karakoram Highway can close for weather and landslides. Check the road status before you leave.
General guidance, not a guarantee. Conditions, roads and chargers change, so check before you travel.
