Questions about driving an EV north
Can I take an electric car to Murree, Naran or Hunza?
Yes, many owners do. Murree and the Galiyat are an easy first trip. Kaghan and Hunza need more planning: arrive with a full battery, carry a portable charger, and ask your hotel about charging before you book. We list the chargers we have confirmed and tell you plainly where we have none.
Do hotels in the north offer EV charging?
Some do, mostly slower AC chargers. Whether it is free for guests or paid, and whether non-guests can use it, depends on the hotel, so always call ahead. This page lists the hotels with a charger that we know of.
